Powrserv® CDC Underground Distribution Secondary Combined Duct & Cable
Powrserv CDC Underground Distribution Secondary Combined Duct & Cable is an efficient and cost-effective alternative to pulling cable through short lengths of duct joined with sleeve couplings. Ideally suited for underground secondary distribution, the Powrserv® CDC Underground Distribution Secondary Combined Duct & Cable offers convenience and versatility through a durable, yet lightweight and flexible construction. This cable is designed to cut costs in initial labor that is required for installation of cable and conduit. Cable replacement costs and ground disruptions are also significantly less with the Powrserv® CDC Underground Distribution Secondary Combined Duct & Cable.
This cable is a sensible alternative to tray cable because it cuts out the process of pulling cable through conduit. The Powrserv® CDC Underground Distribution Secondary Combined Duct & Cable consists of a single or multi-conductor cable that is factory installed n a black high-density polyethylene (HDPE) conduit. The conduit is manufactured and tested in accordance with NEMA Standard TC7. The HDPE conduit is extruded directly over any prior-made single or plexed 600 volt cable assembly.
