Product Details
Type P Unarmored MOR Cable is made of 20 AWG through 14 AWG tinned and soft annealed copper conductors, insulated with polyrad XT-125 XLPO (Cross linked polyolefin). The insulation is numerically printed with black and white color coding for identification.
Every paired copper conductors and draining wires are shielded with an aluminum or a polymeric tape. A binding tape is used to wrap the core that is also shielded and sheathed with an irradiated XL-CPE which isMOR (Mud Oil-Resistant).

Features
This cable is in line with NEEK 606 mud and oil resistance and UL 2225 crush and impact standards, enhancing its performance in such environmental conditions thus improving the service life.
Flexible stranding and tinned copper conductors make the cable easy to install. Soft drawn copper wires adds to the flexibility aspect of this cable. Less effort is required to bend and fold flexible Type P Unarmored MOR for shipment and installation.
It is designed with an operational temperature rating of -55 to 1250C enhancing its performance in cold bends and higher ampacities, thus withstanding thermal overloads. XLPO insulation and MOR cross linked chlorinated polyethylene sheathing, protects the cable from punishing environmental conditions like mud and oil.
Applications
The Type P Unarmored MOR cable is used in offshore and onshore oil & gas drills, ships, MODUs and FPSOs.
