Product Details

This is a stranded tinned copper insulated and jacketed with braided silicone rubber for optimal performance. The tin coating process on the wire ensures that it is easy to work on and improves its solderability. The wire works well in locations with extreme temperatures and voltage of up to 600 volts.

Applications : The cable is ideal for use in environments with extreme temperatures and where chemicals, moisture, and flame extremes are considerations.

Insulation
• Braided silicone rubber
• The cable is insulated using braided silicone rubber for enhanced protection from elements such as moisture, ozone, and UV light. The glass braid on the insulation material offers additional resistance to abrasion and is treated to prevents effects like fraying. It is also treated to ensure flame retardancy and heat resistance.

Jacketing
• Extruded silicone rubber
• A braided silicone rubber jacket is also used in the cable to further step up the protection. The jacket material protects the cable from elements like ultraviolet rays, ozone, and moisture. The jacketing material also resists heat and flame.
