Description:
Interlocked Armor UL Type Copper Cable is a mechanically tough cable deemed for heavy duties or in hazardous environments. The cable is fitted with soft uncoated copper conductors which are compact stranded and compressed stranded. Mechanically tough XPLE material is used for insulation with an overall PVC jacket.

Conductor:
• Uncoated soft copper
• Type MC XHHW-2 copper
• Compressed conductor stranding per standard b-3 and B-8
• Compact conductor stranding per standard B-496
• A single Bare stranded grounding wire made from uninsulated copper; keeps the cable earthed for stable conductivity

Insulation:
• XLPE insulation, Cross linked polyethylene
• Excellent mechanical strength and prevention from corrosion
• Binder tapes and fillers are put over the insulated conductors to bind them together
• Aluminum interlocked armor casing present in the galvanized steel.
• Armor keeps the cable from corrosion and jarring.
• Color coded insulation for easy identification

Jacketing:
• Black PVC, polyvinyl chloride
• Flame, sunlight and moisture resistance
