Description:
STOW Portable Cord is a service cable that is developed for extra hard applications. If you want a cord that can withstand hard knocks and stay clean, then the STOW portable cord will do. It jacket is tougher than that of other portable service cords.
Applications:
STOW cable is used in applications where the cable could pick up abrasive hits requiring up to 300 volts of power with a temperatures rating of -20°C and 60°C for wet and dry environments. Besides its sturdiness the cable is also recommended for areas that are prone to fire due to its flame retardant capabilities. STOW cords do well as portable outdoor power distribution cords, push button controls, submersion cable, wiring of motor, stage equipment, industrial control and robotics.
Conductors:
• Fully Annealed Bare Stranded Copper Conductor
• Conductor size of 18 AWG to 10 AWG.
Insulation:
The insulation is constructed using color-coded polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Jacketing:
It has a polyvinyl chloride jacket which is reinforced to offer more resistance to abrasion.
