There is no much difference between 16mm Heavy Duty Hybrid and 12mm Heavy Duty Hybrid cable discussed above. However, it comes as a single mode optical glass fiber with six copper elements insulated with polyethylene which are shielded by copper braid and double-walled polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride jacketing. Its durability is increased by the use of a special nylon polymer for fiber coating. Strength member of this cable is at the core and is of size 16 as per American Wire Gauge (AWG).
