TLC 200 is a conductor cable made of annealed tinned copper. It is rated for use in high temperature environments reaching 200 degrees Celsius and application requiring up to 600 volts. The tin coating on this cable makes survive and perform well in environments where corrosion is likely to damage the wire. The coating also improves conductivity of the wire will also reducing oxidation.

Applications
• TLC 200 constructed for use in locations that experience high temperature and where there is need for protection against hot material spills, moisture, and mechanical abuse.
• This wire is intended for use as teeming ladle transfer cable in cars. It is also used in steel and glass manufacturing industries.

Insulation
• Extruded silicone rubber-braided
• The wire is insulated using extruded silicone rubber material. The insulation has a fiberglass braid cover for enhanced protection and strength. The fiberglass braid contains a finish treated to provided heat, moisture, and flame resistance. Silicone rubber is touted for its ability to resist UV light, heat, ozone, moisture, and abrasion. A PTFE fluoropolymer tape is applied on the insulation provides resistance to extreme mechanical abuse and abrasion. It also resists heat, moisture, and chemicals. An inner reinforcement consisting of stainless steel braid is also used on the insulation. Addition, there is overall tape that is resistant to flame and molten splash.

Outer covering : An outer jacketing made of stainless steel open braid is used as a reinforcement.

Characteristics
• Silicone formulations suitable for UV, ozone, moisture exposure.
• Cable utilizes Radix “Torque Free” design. This eliminates memory found in traditional right-hand or left-hand twisted cables.
• Suitable for applications to -60°C.
• Molten-splash tape provides extended flex life in splash environment.
