• Electrically continuous 8 mil flat aluminum shielding tape, with polyolefin film fused and chemically bonded to both sides, applied longitudinally over the core and bonded to the outer jacket

Rip cords
• Placed parallel to core

Jacket
• Black, medium-density polyethylene

Jacket Marking
• Manufacturer’s identification, date of jacketing, gauge, pair count, sequential length and cable type marked at 1 meter intervals
