Applications:
Type W cable is suitable for use in Industrial, Mining Applications, Motors, Generator Leads, Battery, Heavy duty service and temporary power supply cable. It is available in both Single and Multi Conductor consturctions. This cable also used for mobile and portable electrical equipment. They can operate in areas with a maximum temperature of 90°C, with the voltage rating of 600 volts or 2000 volts in wet and dry locations.
Conductors:
Conductors are made of Annealed Bare Copper. They are stranded in a rope lay manner.
Insulation:
The insulation is made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) which is color coded for easy identification.
Jacketing:
It has chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) jacket.
