Core Wrap: Non-hygroscopic, dielectric tape with overlap

Sheild:
Corrugated, copolymer coated, 8-mil aluminum tape longitudinally applied with overlap.

Jacket:
Black, sunlight-resistant, linear low-density polyethylene.
