Conductor:
• Tinned flexible circular copper, 0.75, 1.0 & 1.5 sqmm (BS6360 class 5)

Pair/Triple/Quad twisting / lay up:
• Colour coded cores twisted together to form a pair, triple or quad, which is individually screened with aluminium backed polyester tape with a tinned copper drain wire. Each pair, triple or quad is wrapped with polyester tape to prevent electrical contact with adjacent pairs, triples or quads.
• Individually shielded pairs, triples or quads are laid up in concentric layers and wrapped with a PETP tape.
• Pairs, triples, or quads are identified by numbers printed directly on the insulated conducors.
