This is a single or multi paired audio Type ABS cable that is low smoke and zero halogen. Its stranded tinned copper conductors are easy to solder desired for permanent installation. The cable is shielded with aluminum foil. A high grade dielectric polypropylene insulation is used to eliminate high frequency attenuation. Paired conductors are twisted to ensure smooth process control by preventing noise interference. 22 AWG draining wire provide low DCR facilitating shield termination.

Conductor
The cable is made of size 22 AWG tinned and stranded copper conductors which improves the good electrical conductivity of the cable. Copper has good tensile strength and thermal conductivity enhancing its performance. Tinning of the conductors makes them easy to solder. It is the process of coating copper conductors with a thin layer of metal making them oxidative resistance. This enable them to withstand the corrosive industrial chemicals.

Shielding
Aluminum foil shielding holds the conductors in positions protecting them from direct electromagnetic disturbance. This also ensures that the conductors do not overlap hence achieving a smooth signal transmission.

Insulation
High-grade dielectric polypropylene insulation offers protection to the cable and the user. This material is non-conducting thus keeping the user safe from electric shocks when handling the cable. The cable is protected from the punishing environmental conditions by polypropylene, increasing its service life. The insulation is environmental friendly since it releases less smoke to the environment when subjected to fire; mainly because it has no halogen. Halogens are highly flammable chemicals such as chlorides.
