Conductor: 

Three annealed copper stranded conductors per ASTM B-3 and UL-83 and three ground conductors. The conductors are connected with fillers and a separator. Stranding improves the flexibility of the cable, making it suitable for flex applications. 

Insulation:

The bus stop cable has PVC insulation. It is color-coded in colors black, white, and red, which allows for easy identification. PVC is resistant to oil, abrasion, moisture, harsh climate, flames, lubricants, acids, alkalis, water, ozone, chemicals, industrial solvents, and sunlight.

Jacket:

 A flexible and durable PVC jacket with excellent resistance from impact and crushing. The jacket is also resistant to ozone, flames, lubricants, oil, sunlight, and water.

Applications
Bus Drop Cable is used in light and medium industrial applications, including industrial machinery, because of its tough design. It can be used as an overhead electrical drop cable in busways. The cable supports connections between stationary and portable tools to stimulate interchange between them. Bus Drop Cable is suitable for outdoor and indoor use at a maximum temperature of 60 ºC or 75 ºC depending on the cable's size. The minimum temperature is -20 ºC. It can be installed in both wet and dry locations. The voltage rating of a cable is 600 volts. Bus Drop Portable Power Cable has an uninsulated grounding wire for each conductor, significantly decreasing the probability of a fire occurrence.
